or Further education in engineering, science, or mathematics Business insight qualification Specific Knowledge Building services Data management and manipulation Data analysis, report writing, and data querying techniques Retail maintenance Use of life cycle costing (LCC) models Specific Skills Highly PC literate Experience of Power BI or similar applications Ability to manage time and prioritise workload Strong organisational skills Report writing Demonstrated Behaviours Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills at all levels Helpful, approachable manner Strong analytical ability with sound knowledge of analytical processes Inquisitive, investigative outlook Logical approach to problem solving Ability to provide clear, well-evidenced recommendations ## Description To provide the analytical insight that underpins our clients' asset replacement and capital expenditure programmes Combining strong data skills with practical engineering and facilities management knowledge, the Data & Analytics Analyst will investigate maintenance activity across the estate to identify trends, patterns, and areas of high spend;
