## Description

Das Zielbild wurde durch externe Beratung erarbeitet und wird in den kommenden 2-3 Monaten weiter konkretisiert. Anschließend erfolgt die operative Umsetzung, in der diese Rolle eine zentrale Steuerungs- und Schnittstellenfunktion übernimmt.Der Fokus liegt auf der Koordination von IT-Transformationsthemen, der Abstimmung zwischen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten sowie der eigenständigen Umsetzung von Maßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen IT-Leiter und Projektverantwortlichen.Aufgaben und Leistungen

 * Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Transformationsinitiativen im GBS-Kontext
 * Übernahme einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen IT, Business, externen Partnern und Projektleitung
 * Eigenständiges Vorantreiben von Projektthemen (kein reines PMO/Reporting)
 * Unterstützung und Mitwirkung in Projekt- und Transformationsworkshops
 * Koordination und Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern und Projektteams
 * Abstimmung mit dem internen IT-Leiter sowie angrenzenden Fachbereichen
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Prozess-, Organisations- und IT-Veränderungen, Technologischer / fachlicher Fokus
 * IT Transformation im Unternehmenskontext
 * Global Business Services (GBS)
 * ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise SAP / S/4HANA (Verständnis notwendig, keine Entwicklung)
 * Prozesslandschaft im industriellen Umfeld (Verkauf, Produktion, Operations)
