## Description

* Erstellung von manuellen und automatischen Zertifikaten in SAP S4/Hana
 * Vorbereitung aller notwendigen Dokumente für den Verwendungsentscheid (u.a. Prüfprotokolle, Überprüfung auf Abweichungen, Überprüfung auf Serialisierung, Überprüfung auf vorhandene Unterschriften)
 * Vorbereitung von Laboraufträgen und Mustern; Vorbereitung von Versand von Mustern und Standards und anderen typischen Labormaterialien
 * Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen und Reparaturaufträgen; Buchung von Wareneingängen; Vorlage zur Genehmigung und Nachverfolgung von Rechnungen (in SAP und auf Papier)
 * Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung, Ausgabe und Einzug von Anweisungen
 * Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen und Ablage von Dokumenten (z. B. Zeiterfassung, Urlaub, Schulungszettel)
 * Retouren Bearbeitung (Sichtung und Erfassen in SAP)
