* Entwicklung und Pflege robuster Backend-Lösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Desktop- und Webanwendungen
 * Unterstützung der Full-Stack-Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit mit Frontend- und Backend-Teams
 * Umsetzung skalierbarer, wartbarer und qualitativ hochwertiger Softwarelösungen nach modernen Architekturprinzipien
 * Anwendung und Förderung von Design Patterns und Best Practices, einschließlich Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, CQRS und Mediator Pattern
 * Analyse fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Überführung in zuverlässige Softwarelösungen
 * Mitarbeit in allen Phasen des Software Development Life Cycle und Umsetzung erforderlicher Entwicklungsaktivitäten gemäß regulatorischen und programmbezogenen Anforderungen
 * Definition von Entwicklungs-Checkpoints, Reviews und Reifegraderwartungen entsprechend Programmphasen und Release Gates
