 * Du arbeitest proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und mit viel Eigeninitiative, packst gerne mit an und bringst dich aktiv ins Team ein.
 * Deutsch schreibst und sprichst du auf Muttersprachler-Niveau, der punktuelle interne Austausch auf Englisch stellt für dich keine Hürde dar.

## Description

* Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von CRM- und Lifecycle-Marketing-Maßnahmen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
 * Konzeption und Steuerung automatisierter Kampagnen mit Fokus auf E-Mail-Marketing
 * Analyse und Optimierung der CRM-Performance anhand relevanter KPIs sowie Durchführung von A/B-Tests
 * Operative Arbeit mit CRM- und Marketing-Automation-Tools in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Data- und Tech-Teams
 * Sicherstellung eines datengetriebenen und datenschutzkonformen CRM-Marketings im Zusammenspiel von Content, Produkt und Performance-Marketing
