 * Education: A degree in Computer Science, relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified), or equivalent practical experience.

## Description

As an IT Support Specialist at GSG, you will be the frontline hero for our technical ecosystem, providing top-tier assistance to our internal teams and clients alike.

 * Technical Troubleshooting: Provide first- and second-level IT support (1st/2nd Level) for hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues.
 * System Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain user accounts, software licenses, and IT assets using modern directory services and MDM tools.
 * Onboarding & Setup: Prepare, deploy, and configure workstations and laptops for new employees, ensuring a smooth technical start.
 * Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create clear troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and IT documentation to streamline future resolutions and improve team efficiency.
 * Security & Maintenance: Assist in executing regular software updates, security patches, data backups, and infrastructure monitoring.
