## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
 * Experience in software development and system integration
 * Knowledge of SAP Business One (preferred) or SAP or other ERPs
 * Good SQL skills and experience with databases and reporting tools
 * Experience with ERP systems, interfaces, and business processes
 * Project management experience and a structured, solution-oriented working style
 * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different business functions
 * Good English skills for working in international teams

Nice to Have

 * SAP Business One certification
 * Experience with SAP add-ons, SAP SDK, DI-API, B1iSN, Crystal Reports, or .NET
 * Knowledge of EDI, middleware, and complex integration scenarios
 * Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Power Analysis, or Business Warehous

## Description

* Lead and support IT, digitalization, and SAP Business One projects
 * Develop, test, maintain, support, and document software applications, interfaces, and system integrations
 * Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
 * Support daily operations and handle support requests, e.g. via ServiceNow
 * Collaborate with business functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Engagement
 * Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and user training materials
 * Analyze systems, data, and business processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and technology-enabled solutions.
 * Communicate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international IT teams
 * Provide guidance to peers and actively participate in the team cadence to support the team's continuous improvement
