In this role, you will oversee critical mid-size engineering projects from inception to completion and drive key initiatives towards operational excellence. You will be directly responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, managing schedules, risks and budgets, and conducting critical path analyses to keep initiatives on track. A key focus of this position is to manage projects successfully through status reviews, communication to stakeholders and conduct phase gate reviews with leadership. The projects could be new product development or to drive Schedule B projects to maximize cost-savings opportunities and profitability.
