## About the Role

Experience as a Systems Engineer with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, applying past experiences and education to satisfy customer needs., An active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.
Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence: Experienced with JIRA for project management and Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
High-Visibility Tasking: Willing and able to take on high-visibility tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Agile Development Experience: Knowledgeable in Agile development methodologies, with a focus on iterative and incremental delivery.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
