At Opower we design experiences to help utility customers understand how they're using energy and make better choices for themselves, their bills, the grid, and even the planet. In this role, you will create clear, useful, and accessible product experiences. In this role, you will work on defined product or feature areas, partner with designers and cross-functional teammates, and turn user needs into thoughtful design solutions. This role is a good fit for a designer who has a strong foundation in user-centered design and is ready to grow their ownership. You will contribute across the design process, from understanding user needs and shaping problem statements to creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and implementation-ready design details.
