Additional Primary Responsibilities: * Engage effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, communication, and influence to drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders * Applies strong business acumen to ensure architectural decisions to support organizational strategy, financial considerations, and expected business outcomes Additional Skills and Competencies: * Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrated business acumen, including understanding of financial impacts, organizational strategy, and how architectural decisions support business objectives This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future . Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations.
