Solutions Architect Why This is an Exciting Role: BI&A is seeking a highly strategic and dynamic Solutions Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our business. This role requires a proven track record of designing technical solutions to capture IC and DoW contracts, by combining engineering excellence and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing scalable, market-ready solutions for new business capture through FAR-based and prototype-based acquisitions. BI&A's Solutions Architect partners with the Growth Team and customers to understand mission requirements, demonstrate technical capabilities, and design solutions that shape and align with customer needs. This role combines engineering expertise with customer engagement skills to translate complex technical solutions into compelling offerings delivered in customer settings and proposals.
