What You'll Do As An AI Engineer

 * Build AI Agents: Design and develop AI systems capable of handling complex, real-world tasks over multiple channels, including email, phone, and SMS.
 * Advance AI Reasoning: Improve the decision-making and reasoning capabilities of AI agents to handle complex logistics scenarios effectively.
 * Integrate and Optimize Models: Architect and fine-tune foundational models, integrating them into scalable solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.
 * Develop Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure and enhance AI agent performance.
 * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and logistics experts to translate domain-specific challenges into innovative AI solutions.
