## Description

Part of your week will involve client meetings, gathering requirements, live prototyping, demos, and solution discussions. The rest of your time will be spent building products used by real customers. You'll be expected to own outcomes, not just tickets., Leads Pfizer's global R&D Quality Management Systems, Validation, and Compliance program across sites. Responsibilities include managing cGLP, cGCP, and cGMP compliance; overseeing documentation, validation, training, audits, corrective actions, risk reviews, certifications, budgets, and continuous improvement. The role advises senior leaders, coordinates global stakeholders and vendors, manages multidisciplinary teams, and ensures consistent regulatory and quality-system implementation across pharmaceutical R&D facilities.
