This role partners closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system performance, integrations, and continuous improvement across enterprise applications and data environments., * Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert across ORC, Core HR, Time & Absence, Benefits, Performance Management, and Workforce Compensation * Perform hands-on configuration across both functional and technical components * Build and maintain strong understanding of enterprise application topology * Orchestrate integration strategy between HCM/ERP cloud and downstream systems * Develop data migration strategies and advise on data privacy and audit best practices * Strengthen systems and data foundation to enable broader business strategy * Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, reports, integrations, and conversions * Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation * Manage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, perform unit testing, and support implementation and deployment activities, Our IT team is at the heart of our business.
