We're looking for an experienced Product Owner, Product Analyst or Business Analyst to join a technology team delivering innovative products within the insurance industry. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years experience working in the Insurance sector...

You'll act as the link between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams, helping shape requirements and deliver products through Agile development., * 3+ years' experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Software Engineering.

 * Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Experience with Jira and Confluence.
 * Good understanding of product lifecycles and Agile ceremonies.
 * Insurance or financial services experience is advantageous., * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team.
 * Flexible, adaptable and able to work to changing deadlines.
 * Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
 * Professional, collaborative and positive approach.

## Description

* Lead requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes.
 * Gather, validate and document business requirements and user stories.
 * Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
 * Support sprint planning, reviews and Agile ceremonies.
 * Develop and maintain business and system processes.
 * Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 * Communicate client feedback to technical teams.
 * Maintain the product roadmap.
