We're looking for a designer who asks good questions, sweats the details, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of making hard problems feel simple. Must-Have * Demonstrable experience designing complex digital products, ideally within enterprise or B2B environments * Strong proficiency in Figma, including familiarity with Figma Make or AI-assisted design workflows * Experience using and contributing to design systems at scale * Solid understanding of UX research methods and how to apply findings to design decisions * Working knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking - comfortable working with dense, data-rich interfaces * Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders * Experience delivering within agile teams Nice to Have * Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. generative UI, AI-powered research synthesis, or LLM-integrated prototyping workflows) * HTML/CSS development skills * Interest in or knowledge of financial services, banking operations, or compliance-driven products * Experience designing for internal tooling, operations platforms, or workflow-heavy applications Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree preferred. Equivalent demonstrable experience is equally welcome. ## Description We're not here to make things look pretty. We design the tools thousands of Citi colleagues use every day - and when the design is right, people feel it. As a Product Designer in our UX Design Group, you'll work across the full design lifecycle: discovery and research, information architecture, ideation, prototyping, and production-ready design delivery. We're also evolving how we practice - actively integrating AI-assisted tools and workflows to move faster and design smarter. The UX Design Group helps turn complex business processes into tools that are clear, efficient, and intuitive to use. We partner closely with users, product teams, and engineers to design experiences that reduce friction, support better decisions, and help people do their best work.
