## About the Role

+ Proven track record delivering full SDLC projects across large-scale, complex, multi-year initiatives

 + Strong experience working with modern platforms, API development and integration, and back-office / IT operations

 + Advanced proficiency with Jira (required) for backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow oversight

 + Experience with Rally is a plus

 + Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a SCRUM team of approximately 10 offshore engineers (India), ensuring alignment, clarity, and consistent delivery

## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with deep SDLC expertise to lead a major platform modernization effort-a multi-year transformation focused on transitioning to a new vendor-supported platform.

This requires 5 days onsite in **Omaha, Austin or Phoenix** .

 + Partner closely with product managers to align technical delivery with business goals and priorities

 + Participate in and help lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear definition and prioritization of work

 + Gather, clarify, and document functional and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

 + Coordinate development activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring work progresses according to plan

 + Oversee testing efforts, validate deliverables, and ensure each sprint meets quality and acceptance criteria

 + Identify and remove project blockers, escalate risks, and maintain clear communication across teams

 + Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with established standards and best practices
