## About the Role

* Previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
 * Knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration
 * Experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and remote support environments
 * Familiarity with Intune, SCCM or similar endpoint management tools
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM would be advantageous
 * Understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification would be beneficial
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business

## Description

Joining a growing organisation, you'll play a key role in supporting users, maintaining critical systems, and developing your skills across Microsoft cloud technologies and business applications.

Please note, this role is based on site 5-days near Colchester.
Key Requirements

 * Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software and user issues
 * Act as a first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
 * Support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
 * Assist with Azure/Entra ID user administration, permissions and access management
 * Manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels
 * Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users
 * Work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
