## About the Role

* 3+ years in Project Administration, PMO, Executive Assistant, or Programme Support roles
 * Experience supporting business transformation or ERP implementation projects
 * Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, plus experience with Microsoft Project
 * Experience within distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain businesses is desirable

 * Prepare agendas, presentations, minutes, and action trackers
 * Track actions, risks, and dependencies, chasing owners for updates against agreed deadlines
