## Description

* Planung, Installation und Konfiguration kundenspezifischer IT-Systeme auf Basis von Microsoft Windows
 * Einrichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung von IT-Systemen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort sowie per Remote-Support
 * Installation und Wartung von Komponenten der Telematikinfrastruktur im Gesundheitswesen
 * Betreuung von Arztpraxen und medizinischen Einrichtungen in den Bereichen IT, Medizintechnik und Praxissoftware
 * Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Behebung technischer Störungen
 * First-Level-Support für unsere Kunden
 * Beratung unserer Kunden zu Themen der IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
 * Dokumentation von Projekten, Installationen und Supportfällen
