Who You Are - You bring several years of proven expertise and experience in software engineering, including application design, development, and delivery within enterprise environments, with a strong foundation in writing clean, maintainable, and secure code. - You are proficient in development platforms and languages such as Python and Spark, and you apply modern engineering practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing as a matter of course. - You have hands-on experience with data platform technologies such as Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and PySpark, and you are confident designing and delivering end-to-end data pipelines. - You have a solid understanding of data pipeline architecture, data governance, data lineage, privacy and security controls, and compliance standards in enterprise-scale environments. - You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders, and you
are comfortable translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. - Familiarity with AI workflows, MLOps, AI safety and guardrails, or CI/CD for AI components is a plus - You hold a university degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical or engineering discipline. - You are comfortable working in a distributed, international team environment and are open to occasional travel within Europe. - Strong communication skills in English ; proficiency in German is a plus.
