 * Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und kennst dich mit Debugging und Fehleranalysen, beispielsweise im ABAP-Umfeld, bestens aus.
 * Der Umgang mit Integrations- und Schnittstellentechnologien wie APIs, SAP Cloud Integration oder IDocs ist dir vertraut. Idealerweise bringst du zusätzlich Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse mit.
 * Du behältst auch in kritischen Situationen den Überblick und hast Erfahrung im Koordinations- und Eskalationsmanagement bei Systemausfällen oder Engpässen.
Du überzeugst durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und dein Durchsetzungsvermögen und bewegst dich souverän an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT.

## Description

* Du analysierst fachliche Anforderungen und berätst das Business bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung passgenauer Lösungen im SAP-Umfeld.
 * Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung komplexer Incidents und steuerst die Ticketbearbeitung im SAP S/4HANA-System mit Fokus auf Vertriebsprozesse.
 * Du analysierst komplexe Fehlerbilder im SAP SD-Umfeld, entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungsansätze und setzt diese eigenständig um.
 * Du konzipierst und realisierst Systemanpassungen im SAP SD-Modul und trägst so zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Vertriebsprozesse bei.
 * Du bereitest Fehleranalysen und Anforderungen qualifiziert auf, erstellst Spezifikationen und arbeitest eng mit den SAP-Entwicklungsteams (ABAP/Fiori) zusammen.
 * Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung, Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-Plattform aktiv mit.
