## About the Role

 * Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit Machine-Learning-Frameworks wie PyTorch oder TensorFlow und im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen wie Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud
 * Interesse an modernen AI-Architekturen und Generative-AI-Technologien
 * Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Stakeholdern, sowohl in fließendem Deutsch als auch auf Englisch

## Description

In dieser Rolle als GenAI Platform Engineer entwickelst, integrierst und betreibst du Generative-AI-Anwendungen in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen bei unseren Kunden. Deine Aufgaben zusammengefasst:

 * Integration von Datenquellen und KI-Modellen in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen
 * Entwicklung von Datenverarbeitungs-Pipelines für KI-Anwendungen
 * Implementierung von GenAI-Lösungen mit Plattformen wie Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker oder Google Vertex AI
 * Sicherstellung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. Anonymisierung, Row-Level Security, DSGVO)
 * Implementierung von Monitoring- und Observability-Lösungen für KI-Workloads (z. B. MLflow, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk)
 * Dokumentation von Implementierungen sowie Erstellung von Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
 * Beratung unserer Kund:innen auf ihrem Weg zur datengetriebenen Organisation, sowie das Halten von GenAI-Workshops und Mithilfe beim Treffen von gemeinsamen und fundierten Entscheidungen, Reply ist spezialisiert auf die Konzeption und Implementierung von Lösungen, die auf neuen Kommunikationskanälen und digitalen Medien basieren.
