 * Erfahrung in der Koordination von IT-Projekten oder Infrastruktur-Rollouts
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Teams und externen Dienstleistern
 * Kenntnisse von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen aufzubereiten
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Erfahrung im Arbeiten in Matrixorganisationen und internationalen Teams
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
 * Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Bereitschaft, neue Perspektiven einzunehmen, kontinuierlich zu lernen und Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben

## Description

* Koordination von IT Infrastructure Aktivitäten innerhalb der Region Central Europe, in enger Abstimmung mit zentralen IT-Funktionen
 * Unterstützung bei der Priorisierung und Koordination von Infrastrukturanforderungen aus den Business Units
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten an Standorten in der Region
 * Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Infrastruktur-Rollouts, Migrationen und Lifecycle-Maßnahmen
 * Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses zwischen regionalen und globalen Stakeholdern
 * Unterstützung bei Eskalations-, Incident- und Problem-Management-Prozessen, insbesondere mit dem Fokus auf Qualitätssicherung
 * Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie Mitwirkung an Standardisierungsinitiativen
 * Verantwortung für Servicequalität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit innerhalb der Region Central Europe
 * Reisebereitschaft zur Unterstützung von Standorten und Projekten innerhalb der Region Central Europe
