## Description

Sie bauen die KI-Systeme der Goldhofer AG von Grund auf mit auf und entscheiden, wie Künstliche Intelligenz in unseren Geschäftsprozessen produktiv wird: integrierte, teilautonome Lösungen in ERP, CRM, PLM, DMS und unseren Service- und Kollaborationsplattformen. Sie verantworten Konzeption und Umsetzung gleichermaßen und gestalten Architektur, Standards und Governance für KI im Unternehmen., * Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von KI-Use-Cases in den Fachbereichen

 * Entwicklung produktiver Lösungen für Wissensmanagement, Prozessautomatisierung und Assistenzsysteme
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI-Agenten und RAG-Architekturen auf Basis interner Daten
 * Integration in bestehende Kernsysteme über APIs, Middleware und Workflow-Plattformen
 * Steuerung von PoCs, MVPs und Rollouts sowie externer Technologiepartner
 * Aufbau von Standards, Architekturen und KI-Governance
