## About the Role

* 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
 * Must have an active TS/SCI

## Description

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications., * Previouse Experience supporting Survivable Airborne Operations Center (SAOC)

 * Shall assist in performing technological/trade-off assessments of proposed designs/modifications as wellas translating user requirements into system requirements, which will be used to design, develop,fabricate, test and evaluate systems, subsystems.
 * Shall assist in providing support to produce or review products that include the following: technical evaluations/plans; engineering studies, reports, and analyses; and acquisition strategies/plans such as: System Specification; RFPs; Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Acceptance Procedures (ATPs); and Spectrum Supportability Determinations.

 * Shall support as necessary project team meetings, working groups, and reviews as needed, such as: SRR,PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, TIM, FCA, PCA, PMR, and other meetings/working groups/reviews as applicable.
 * Shall assist in analyzing equipment and software deficiencies; make recommendations for equipment and software deficiency corrections; and assist in developing, integrating, and testing equipment and software deficiency solutions.
 * Shall support systems analyses to include, but not be limited to, avionics system design/design feasibility and state-of-the-art assessment and developing systems/subsystem specifications and provide technical advice on the path forward to installation of the new hardware and software into the system and subsystems
 * Shall support and assist performance effectiveness, cost effectiveness, cost performance, life-cycle cost, producibility, maintainability, supportability, reliability, technical and schedule risk assessments, and scheduling trade-off studies.

Physical Requirements

Office, industrial, or shipboard environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. Lifting and moving materials may be required.
