Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects
Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
