 * Experience developing AI related products.

 * Experience with performance in risk management at the project and organization levels.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
 * Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

## Description

* Refine and implement Responsible AI governance frameworks, prioritizing product offerings with higher risk profiles and determining safety standards for enterprise products. Lead pre-launch safety testing and analysis to ensure all Cloud AI products align with Google's ethical principles.
 * Develop and operationalize systems that enhance internal transparency and ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements, such as the EU AI Act and ISO 42001.
 * Develop program roadmaps focused on customer trust through solutions that prepare clients for AI regulation and prevent potential harm.
 * Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback and deliver offerings like the RAI workshop, and best practices documentation.
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive the success of AI products and solutions. Work closely with partners to ensure Responsible AI principles are integrated throughout the entire AI lifecycle.
