Preferred technical and professional experience * Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale test automation frameworks. * Knowledge of cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and containerized applications. * Experience testing storage, backup, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, or infrastructure management solutions. * Familiarity with performance, scalability, reliability, and security testing. * Experience with API automation, UI automation, and service virtualization tools. * Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts. * Experience with AI-assisted testing, test analytics, or intelligent automation solutions. * Familiarity with IBM Infrastructure technologies, Red Hat OpenShift, hybrid cloud platforms, and enterprise software environments. ## Description As a QA/Test Engineer within IBM Infrastructure, you will ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and security of enterprise software solutions. You will work closely with developers, architects, product managers, and support teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, automate test coverage, identify defects, and drive continuous quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.
