This individual will serve as a seasoned resource within the IT team, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous improvement across systems and operations., * 3+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience in a mid-size to enterprise environment. * Strong experience administering and supporting VMware virtual environments. * Advanced knowledge of Windows Server administration, deployment, hardening, and troubleshooting. * Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and Purview. * Strong understanding of infrastructure security, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices. * Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity management. * Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills., * Experience with Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments. * Working knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls. * Experience with endpoint security and EDR platforms such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender. * Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell or similar tools. * Experience supporting backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
