We are looking for a resourceful, organized and highly efficient team member who will provide outstanding support to elementary school & middle school instructional staff, and the Academics Team., This role leads a team and/or program to execute priorities with clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. The Multi-Tiered Systems of Support & Intervention Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation, performance management, and workflow reliability, while coaching direct reports and collaborating cross-functionally to adapt plans based on data and emerging needs. The Multi-Tiered System of Supports Manager plans, implements, and evaluates MTSS intervention throughout Brilla's Network of K-8 schools, ensuring all scholars are able to access rigorous instruction. The MTSS Manager leads schools to build intervention continuums and ensures fidelity of implementation. The role collaborates primarily with the Schools Team to develop systems for implementing and monitoring literacy, math, and behavioral/social-emotional interventions, and develops and leads network wide professional development for teachers and leaders. The MTSS Manager provides coaching support and strategy development to school leaders who need additional assistance accelerating student learning. This position sits on the Student Success Team team, and reports to the Managing Director of Student Success.
