Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, or related discipline. * Experience supporting federal healthcare programs, especially within the Department of Veterans Affairs. * Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics in healthcare settings. * Active Public Trust clearance. Eligibility: * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role ## Description Blue Water Thinking is seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Intelligence Developer to join our team, supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) initiative at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
