 * Erfahrung in der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von PI Plannings in skalierten agilen Organisationen (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Gültige Zertifizierung als SAFe Release Train Engineer oder SAFe Practice Consultant (Zertifikat: SAFe RTE oder SPC)
 * Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Jira zur Steuerung von Backlogs in skalierten agilen IT-Umfeldern (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung), * Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Epic- oder Feature-Flows zwischen Portfolio-, ART- und Team-Ebene (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von ART-Governance, Rollenmodellen oder Verantwortlichkeiten in SAFe-Organisationen (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung im teamübergreifenden Abhängigkeitsmanagement zur Verbesserung von Lieferfähigkeit und Transparenz (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
 * Erfahrung in der Einführung oder Weiterentwicklung von ART-Metriken zur Steuerung von Flow, Fortschritt oder Risiken (Senior > 5 Jahre Erfahrung)

## Description

Fachliche Beratung zur Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung agiler Arbeitsweisen sowie SAFe-Prozesse innerhalb von Agile Release Trains, methodische Vorbereitung und Moderation von ART-Zeremonien und SAFe-Events, insbesondere PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Program Board, System Demo und Inspect & Adapt.
