## About the Role

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fullstack-Entwicklung mit einer objektorientierten Sprache (Java, Kotlin oder C#) und einem modernen Web-Framework für das Frontend (idealerweise React).
 * Erfahrung mit Spring Boot, Schnittstellen nach REST-Prinzip, SQL-Datenbanken und Cloud Plattformen.
 * Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue fachliche Domänen und komplexe Geschäftsprozesse einzuarbeiten.
 * Praktische Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse am Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen in der Softwareentwicklung und an modernen Entwicklungsmethoden.
 * Freude daran, neue Technologien auszuprobieren und die eigene Arbeitsweise kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
 * Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.

Schön wäre außerdem

 * Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für die Lohnabrechnung oder Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Steuerrecht, Sozialversicherung und Meldewesen.
 * Erfahrung mit Microservices, Event-Sourcing oder CQRS.
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams (wir arbeiten eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Rumänien zusammen).
 * Lust, KI nicht nur im Entwicklungsprozess, sondern auch als Produktfeature zu denken und mitzugestalten.
 * Freude daran, Wissen aktiv zu teilen - Silo-Denken ist nicht unser Ding.

## Description

* Du arbeitest Dich in komplexe steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Anforderungen ein und übersetzt diese gemeinsam mit Fachkolleg:innen in robuste Softwarelösungen.
 * Du entwickelst Fullstack-Features mit Kotlin und Spring Boot im Backend sowie React im Frontend.
 * Du nutzt KI-Werkzeuge wie Claude Code und GitHub Copilot als festen Teil Deines Entwicklungsalltags und hilfst uns, das Zusammenspiel aus KI und Softwareentwicklung weiter auszubauen.
 * Du bringst Dich in Architektur- und Designentscheidungen ein, hinterfragst konstruktiv und trägst zu konsensfähigen Lösungen bei.
 * Du sorgst für hohe Qualität - mit testgetriebener Entwicklung, sauberem Code und einem Blick für Sicherheitsthemen in Web-Anwendungen.
