Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. * Ability to work at heights, off ladders, and within confined or restricted spaces. * Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for prolonged periods during a shift. * Ability to distinguish different colors for cable identification and read small print. * Comfortable working in varying environments, including temperature-controlled data centers and outdoor sites. ## Description Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Data Center Tech (L1's) in New Albany, OH. The Data Center Technician (L1) provides foundational support for both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure within a mission-critical environment.
