## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * CompTIA A+ Certification

 * Other certifications a plus - Network+, Security+, etc.
 * Must have at least 3+ years of professional, hands-on, enterprise IT support experience and have experience supporting up to 1000 users
 * Must be able to work in-office Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
 * Must be able to work independently, have great communication skills, and able to lift 50lbs.
 * Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered, * Desktop support: 4 years (Required)
 * Windows: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA A+ (Required)

## Description

* The Desktop Support Technician's primary function is to provide hardware and software desktop support to 1000+ users geographically dispersed across multiple locations in the United States.
 * The position requires constant contact with users both in-person, email, and by telephone or other communication mechanisms daily.
 * In addition, the Desktop Support Technicians will work on large refresh, swap, imaging, shipping/receiving projects for new and existing employees across the country., * Overseeing refresh projects

 * Intune
 * Windows 10/11
