Do you have experience in System troubleshooting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

· High level of initiative, professionalism, and leadership with strong interpersonal/communications skills.

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with moderate-to-strong technical competencies, and the ability to learn a variety of new technologies.

· Ability to work independently and well-organized within a quickly changing environment, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in environments utilizing Agile and Kanban methodologies, utilizing SQL, and Microsoft Office suite of applications.

· 5+ years prior hands-on experience in Software Development and Administration.

· Experience with best practices in Object Oriented full-stack development tools; Oracle PeopleTools software development technology a plus.

· Knowledge of business processes and concepts in the areas of Financials (AP, AR, Purchasing, Inventory, GL) or Human Capital Management; PeopleSoft experience a plus

## Description

· Analyze requirements/user stories and the design of appropriate software solutions.

· Configure, code, and test software solutions.

· Analyze and resolve software application issues and perform root cause analysis.

· Engage in verbal and written communications with internal business partners and other IT staff.
