## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support / ITSM Consultant to provide technical support and help improve IT Service Management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop troubleshooting skills, ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication skills., * 4-7 years of relevant experience.

 * Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience.
 * Experience with desktop hardware, software, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
 * Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL best practices.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

## Description

* Provide in-person desktop and technical support to employees.
 * Troubleshoot and support desktop operating systems, applications, hardware, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Support Android, iOS, and other mobile devices.
 * Handle escalated issues from the help desk.
 * Diagnose, patch, configure, and deploy desktop systems and IT hardware.
 * Identify and implement ITSM process improvements based on ITIL best practices.
 * Work with users at all levels, including executives.
 * Prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues efficiently.
 * Document solutions, procedures, and support activities.
