## Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Workday Solution Architect in large enterprise (medium-sized to large opportunities.) This would include Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance and Inventory platform implementations and ongoing maintenance, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas., While also being able to develop these in a collaborative atmosphere with the client and other internal teams including advising / co-creating the solutions., * Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and / or Finance.

 * Construct / Build the solution through collaboration with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts.
 * Drive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the pursuit teams on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences
 * Work with the sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate / collaborate with delivery
 * Use Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams.
 * Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 20% depending on business need and client requirements.
