Through coaching, delivery insights, and continuous improvement, the role enables teams to increase flow, quality, and predictability while preserving clear ownership within empowered Product Teams. The role supports multiple products and platforms and works in close partnership with Product Operations, including a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Product Operations leader, to ensure delivery practices consistently reinforce and enable the Product Operating Model. They will partner with teams across their area of responsibility to strengthen strategic planning, align delivery priorities, and serve as a delivery transformation leader who brings clarity, structure, and momentum to execution. The role's key outcome is to continuously improve the delivery system. Product Teams remain accountable for product strategy, prioritization, delivery commitments, and business outcomes.
