* 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps
 * Nexus Repository Manager administration
 * Linux systems administration (RHEL)
 * Scripting proficiency in Python and/or Bash
 * Monitoring and observability experience with Datadog or equivalent
 * CI/CD pipeline experience
 * Strong documentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

 * Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
 * AWS infrastructure operations

## Description

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to manage two critical enterprise services: Nexus.corp and SonarQube. This role involves taking ownership of these services as part of a platform maturity initiative, ensuring their smooth operation and compliance within Red Hat's software development lifecycle., * Own day-to-day operations of Nexus.corp and SonarQube

 * Perform version upgrades and system patching
 * Manage Nexus IQ Server integration and malware detection
 * Automate secret rotation and migrate monitoring to Datadog
 * Remediate Qualys vulnerabilities and handle SNOW tickets
 * Coordinate with the India-based Compliance/HA engineer
 * Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
 * Create and maintain operational runbooks and documentation
 * Participate in on-call rotation
