This role requires deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with particular emphasis on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, workflows, and platform upgrades. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience planning and executing annual ServiceNow upgrades and will be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle. Experience supporting or transitioning between on-premises and cloud-based ServiceNow environments is highly preferred. This position operates with minimal supervision and significant latitude for independent technical judgment.
