The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.  - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
 - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
 - Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks
 - Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall IT infrastructure
 - Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
 - Assist with the procurement and setup of new IT equipment
 - Train employees on the use of new technology and software
