This role is for you if you're interested in shaping access to social services across SE MI and making navigation of those services easier for the community. Key Responsibilities:o Develop, implement, and track a measurable partner engagement plan that moves partners from outreach and readiness through CIE and 211 participation, adoption of shared tools and data practices, and sending and receiving digital referrals.o Support management of select internal and external integration efforts, including 211 and direct services, by supporting partner and team engagement, facilitating required discussions, coordinating required materials, hosting trainings, and supporting monitoring to promote successful implementation and sustained use.o Coordinate and facilitate CIE committees and network convenings; prepare agendas, document decisions and accountabilities, assign and track actions across teams, and escalate significant barriers or risks.o Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, using a consultative approach and active listening to build trust, communicate CIE's value, and support workflow changes needed for integrated care.o Design and deliver partner education, training, technical assistance, and communications that support readiness, adoption, effective referrals, and sustained use of CIE tools and data; support the development of communications assets.o Review dashboards and partner feedback to identify trends, explain performance, recommend improvements, and develop impact stories that inform strategy.o Envision and advance practical solutions with partners and internal teams-including screening and matching tools, streamlined referral pathways, and shared workflows-to connect people to services more quickly.o Monitor relevant policy and funding trends, summarize implications, identify opportunities, and coordinate internal support for United Way's advocacy priorities.o Support the development of funding proposals, briefs, presentations, and other funder-facing materials by contributing partner insights, program information, data, impact stories, and recommended strategies.o Identify and coordinate resolution of data governance, technology, resource directory, and interoperability issues.o Provide grant reviews and recommendations regarding funding awards by United Way for Southeastern Michigan.o Represent United Way at community meetings and events.o Foster teamwork and collaboration by working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals, share knowledge, and support each other's success.
