## About the Role

* Experience with Fox26 DOS programming and conversion to VFP 9
 * 5+ years of Application Programming and Development experience with FoxPro
 * Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and work independently
 * Solid understanding of SQL 2012 and above database programming and performance
 * Strong English communication skills
 * Visual Studio 2019 and newer or Python experience are a plus

## Description

* Work on-site in our Long Beach office (we cannot sponsor H-1B Visas)
 * Maintain current legacy system Fox26 DOS while developing replacement VFP9 applications
 * Design and develop new software solutions in VFP9 to improve the functionality of each legacy application
 * Work with SQL Server 2008-2012 stored procedures
 * Debug existing software to correct errors, to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance
 * Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments
 * Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards
 * Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
