## About the Role

* 3+ years of IT Help Desk or Service Desk experience
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 desktops and laptops
 * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems
 * Experience supporting Active Directory, Citrix, and Microsoft Outlook
 * Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
 * Experience supporting computer peripherals and end-user devices
 * Experience using Remedy or similar IT ticketing systems
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

## Description

We're hiring an experienced Help Desk Analyst for a long-term 12+ month contract supporting enterprise end users in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment. This is a 100% remote position, but candidates must reside in the The Woodlands, TX area. If you enjoy troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, and resolving tickets efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a true Help Desk role with a strong focus on taking inbound support calls, resolving technical issues, and delivering first-level IT support.

Responsibilities

 * Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues
 * Handle inbound Help Desk calls and troubleshoot end-user technical problems
 * Reset passwords and assist users with account access issues
 * Support Microsoft Windows 10 environments
 * Troubleshoot Outlook, Citrix, and Active Directory issues
 * Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting
 * Support printers, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals
 * Document incidents and resolutions using Remedy or another ticketing system
 * Escalate complex issues when appropriate while maintaining excellent customer communication
 * Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced Service Desk environment
