Do you have experience in Python?, * You will be surrounded by like-minded, driven, skilled, and highly motivated people who are keen to contribute to successful solutions., * 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a proven track record of productionizing complex models and tackling geospatial data challenges.

 * Strong skills in Python and SQL, combined with hands-on experience in AWS (Athena, Sagemaker), Snowflake, and dbt.
 * Practical experience with data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow or Dagster) and data visualization via Metabase or Quicksight.
 * Ability to autonomously develop new strategies from scratch and identify high-impact opportunities within vast datasets.
 * Strong ownership mindset and communication skills to drive cross-functional projects and mentor team members.

## Description

* Driving the evolution of our geocoding systems from rule-based logic to ML-based matching and normalization.
 * Building and improving confidence and relevance scoring models, including automated false-positive detection.

 * Developing and productionizing data-driven solutions to improve geocoding quality.
 * Exploring and prototyping new use cases, such as "last meter" challenges.
 * Automating benchmarking and evaluation pipelines to measure model performance.
 * Driving cross-team initiatives, contributing to the long-term data strategy, and mentoring more junior data scientists.
