## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Mathematik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge.
 * Fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Lösungsdesign und Software Application Management oder IT-Betrieb.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit und Steuerung von externen Lösungspartnern.
 * Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im DevOps-Plattform-Management im Kontext eines größeren Projektes/Programms oder einer Linientätigkeit.
 * Du bist mit Konzepten wie Cloud Native, Microservices und Infrastructure as Code bestens vertraut, verfügst generell über ein breites Infrastrukturwissen und kannst dein Wissen gut transportieren.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 nach GER).

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.

## Description

* Du verantwortest als Senior Expert IT Solution Management (m/w/d) die Umsetzung neuer digitaler Services. Dein Augenmerk liegt dabei auf der technischen Ebene mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur und Du bist in der Lage auch als Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Business aufzutreten.
 * Du erstellst oder steuerst die termingerechte Erstellung des IT-Lösungsdesigns unter Berücksichtigung des besten Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnisses sowie hoher Verbindlichkeit und Genauigkeit.
 * Du verantwortest das Eskalationsmanagement und definierst Betriebsstandards, deren Umsetzung und Einhaltung Du außerdem sicherstellst. Du steuerst und konsolidierst IT-seitige Kostenschätzungen durch die IT-Partner.
 * Du bist verantwortlich für das Eskalationsmanagement in Abstimmung mit dem Managementteam (AL- und HAL-Level).
 * Du leitest das Lifecycle-Management für gesamte Systemgruppen und mehrere Applikationen.
