* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Servern und Netzwerkkomponenten
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen einschließlich Microsoft 365
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint und OneDrive
 * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Benutzern, Gruppen, Berechtigungen und Sicherheitsverfahren wie MFA und Conditional Access in M365
 * Betreuung und Pflege der ERP-Umgebung mit Benutzern und Berechtigungen
 * Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen
 * Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
